CHAR CHAR SHINES IN FREO FOOD SCENE

THEY used to run Drover’s Inn in Moora and now manage Char Char Bull Grill & Bar where Chris and Cathy Papas have created a family friendly restaurant with sweeping views of Fremantle fishing boat harbour.
StreetWise arrived before the lunch rush when staff took the opportunity to wipe down chairs, tables and cutlery. Attention to cleanliness was impressive and comforting. And rocker Chris is selecting 80s and 90s classics at the bar: “We have moved the old Char Char from fine dining to more of a steak and seafood focus in a casual environment.”
